WORKERS ON WHEELS (W.O.W.)
Transportation has been identified as the number 1 barrier to low-income individuals getting or maintaining employment. Goodwill plays the lead role in securing vehicle donations and preparing good running safe vehicles to be used in the program. A distribution committee made up of our community partners selects the applicants they feel will make the best possible use of your contribution to become self-sufficient. Each participant is provided with a vehicle maintenance class, and help is also available to secure child safety seats as needed.
