Annie

Annie joined the Goodwill mission through our Youth Start Program in November of 2022. Through sheer persistence and dedication, Annie achieved their goal of graduating from high school this past year. But Annie's accomplishments didn’t stop there—Annie gained the confidence and skills needed to secure employment at Country Market.  Annie is the perfect example of a true overcomer. Annie doesn’t give up. Annie has faced challenges that once seemed impossible, but through perseverance, Annie has overcome them all and gained confidence in themselves and their abilities. Annie’s journey has been nothing short of inspirational, and they have become a role model for their peers and co-workers, thanks to their work ethic and exceptional customer service skills. In October of 2024, Annie was recognized as an Achiever of the Year by Goodwill Industries of Southeast Mi.
