During this season of gratitude, we reflect on the impact of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Michigan throughout the year—and the people who make it possible. Every day, individuals in our programs take meaningful steps toward independence through job training, life skills development, and employment opportunities.

We are thankful for the resilience of our participants, the dedication of our team, and the support of our community partners who help open doors to opportunity. Together, we’re not just changing circumstances—we’re building confidence, creating pathways, and strengthening our community one success story at a time.
