Senior Discount
Goodwill Industries of SE Michigan is pleased to offer persons who are 55 years and older a 10% Senior discount on most items every Wednesday. This discount does not apply to sale or otherwise discounted items. Eligible customers must please notify the cashier of their desire to use the senior discount prior to their transaction being completed. Does not apply to online purchases.
Military Discount
We are also pleased to offer all active or retired military personnel a 10% discount, everyday. This discount does not apply to sale or otherwise discounted items. Eligible customers should show military ID prior to the transaction being completed. Does not apply to online purchases.
Gift Cards
We offer gift cards for purchase in any denomination at all our regional locations. They are only redeemable in the Goodwill of Southeastern MI region.They cannot be used in any of the Art Works locations.

Goodwill Store Policies
Refunds: Goodwill Stores does not issue cash/credit card refunds.
Exchanges: Goodwill will gladly exchange apparel that is returned within 7 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied by original sales receipt and have price sticker/tag attached.
“Sale” or “Clearance” items may not be exchanged.
Unpriced Goods: All merchandise must be priced before taken to the registers. Goodwill Stores does not permit employees or managers to determine pricing at point-of-sale.
Customer Holds: Due to the nature of our business, Goodwill Industries will hold your fully paid for purchase until end of the business day. Items not picked up the same day will be returned to the sales floor at the manager’s discretion. Unpaid items cannot be held.
